How we run
A company organised around work, not headcount
AutoMark is a team of people and a larger team of agents we built ourselves. The agents handle everything that follows a pattern. The people handle judgement, relationships and anything that leaves the building. The board on the right is what that looks like on an ordinary morning.

A day, desk by desk
The same loop runs every business day. It is the loop we install for clients, tuned to their process.
Overnight
The sales desk searches public sources for businesses that match our ideal customer profile and scores each one. Nothing is contacted.
09:00
A person reads the digest and approves or rejects each candidate by replying to it. Rejections teach the scoring.
Morning
The research desk studies every approved company: website, reviews, hiring, how they take enquiries and quotes. It writes a short note on where the hours leak.
Midday
The outreach desk drafts one message per company, in plain language, offering a free proof of concept. A person edits or discards each draft. Only approved drafts are sent.
Afternoon
The delivery desk works client builds and proofs of concept. Agents run tests, write documentation and update status; engineers and designers do the rest.
17:00
The operations desk closes the day: follow-ups scheduled, invoices issued, the day's numbers written to the ledger and reported to leadership.
We run on the systems we sell
AutoMark is organised as desks. Some are staffed by people, most by agents we built, and every desk reports to a person who can stop it. It is how a small company does the work of a large one, and it is the proof behind every proposal we send.

The rules the desks run by
Every desk has an owner who is a person
Agents do the volume. A named person is accountable for each desk and can pause it in one command.
Nothing leaves without a human reading it
Outreach, proposals, invoices and client reports are drafted by agents and approved by people.
Everything is logged
Every action, approval and cost is recorded. It is how we measure ourselves and how we will measure your system.
We ship what we use
The scheduling, research, drafting and reporting agents we deploy for clients are the ones running these desks.
